Kitchen Manager Needed for Fine Dining Hi-Volume Concept
We are a dynamic, fast-paced restaurant seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our kitchen team. Join us and be part of a company committed to exceptional food and service.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food and presentation.
- Train, manage, and develop kitchen staff.
- Monitor food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
- Manage inventory, food costs, and staff schedules.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the kitchen.
- Handle hiring, training, and performance management.
- Ensure timely and efficient food preparation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of kitchen management experience.
- Upscale or fine dining experience required
- Strong financial and P&L experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team.
- Spanish skills are a plus.
- New restaurant opening experience a plus
