We are searching for an Area Manager for a well-known QSR brand. Expansion is happening in the Raleigh/Durham market and this role will be responsible for 6-8 locations
Area Manager Key Responsibilities:
· Manage restaurant operations at multiple locations.
· Work directly with owner to help grow the business.
· Collaborate with General Managers to foster a guest-driven environment.
· Implement store programs for sales growth.
Area Manager Qualifications:
· Area Manager experience in quick-service restaurants of 3+ years
· Proven record of increasing sales and high guest satisfaction.
· Systems and Standards Champion
· Strong work ethic and a willingness to work alongside General Managers.
