Our client is seeking an HR Generalist t to join their team at a new waterfront destination.
Human Resources Generalist Responsibilities:
- Administer employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, FMLA, disability, 401(k), and worker’s compensation.
- Support 500+ associates with benefits guidance and compliance.
- Collaborate with HR to improve employee benefits programs.
Human Resources Generalist Requirements:
- Experience managing benefits for large teams (500+ associates).
- Hospitality industry experience preferred.
Human Resources Generalist Benefits:
- Salary: $65,000 annually.
- Work in a dynamic, resort-style environment.
