We are looking for a passionate and experienced Multi-Unit General Manager who has a proven track record of improving and maintaining successful restaurant operations. Multi-Unit General Manager Benefits/Compensation:

Base salary, $90K+

Multi-Unit General Manager Responsibilities/Requirements:

3+ years of experience as a Multi-Unit leader in fast-casual restaurant settings
Oversight of high-volume operations, managing 5+ restaurant locations
Proven expertise in new restaurant openings and strategic planning
Strong leadership qualities with a lead-by-example management style
Proficiency in P&L analysis, cost control, and operational efficiency
Forward-thinking business mindset and strategic approach
Hands-on approach in both BOH and FOH roles
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is strongly preferred
