Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overseeing the marketing department
• Lead implementation and development of branding, advertising, messaging, social media, education, and community relations programs that foster enthusiasm for the brand and differentiate it from it's competitors
• Manage all personnel and processes to ensure consistency of marketing programs
• Work closely with GM to develop and implement strategies to grow business and customer base in alignment with company values

Marekting Manager Qualifications:

• 3+ years in management with 4+ years of progressive experience in marketing or advertising OR 1-2 years of experience with a marketing or PR degree
• 1+ years of experience as a spokesperson or media liaison or marketing or PR degree
• Experience creating print and digital advertisements that support a brand & marketing strategy
• Strong leadership and organizational skillset; ability to work effectively with diverse team
• Passion for natural food and organic products with experience in grocery is ideal but not necessary
• The ideal candidate has a marketing and/or public relations BA or Masters
