• Sushi Line Cook Qualifications:
• Team player
• 1+ years of experience of working as a sushi/maki line cook
• Knife skills • Enthusiasm for and knowledge of relevant ingredients and cuisine
• Grasp of general sushi-making techniques and proficient knife skills
• Organization and culinary skills to maximize production efficiency
• Seeks additional responsibility
• Solid food safety knowledge
• Cross-trained and experience in multiple stations
• Utilizes and understands IT tools to manage the business/production effectively
• Assists in prioritizing tasks to ensure all items on the daily production list are made

• Sushi Line Cook Responsibilities:Produces a high-quality product and adheres to all food safety guidelines and standardized recipes
• Promotes departmental cohesion 
• Proactively communicates with all supporting departments
• Sets a high standard for health codes and inspections
• Hands-on, hardworking, and passionate
