Local Upscale Casual Restaurant company is seeking a Beverage Director to lead their team in the Twin Cities. This requires a strong leader with a "can-do" attitude who has experience implementing and managing a beverage program.

Beverage Director Responsibilities:
- Lead all Beverage aspects at all concept locations
- Ability to function as a floor manager in addition to Beverage Director
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure operational excellence between outlets/leaders
- Create SOPs and guide the team to excellence
- Enforce all company policies
- Ability to facilitate Beverage/Wine tastings and classes
Beverage Director Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of Upscale Casual Beverage Director experience
- NRO experience is a plus
- Experience running bar programs
- Skilled at hiring and training new staff
- Must have a working relationship with local liquor vendors
