We are a dynamic Casino group seeking a dedicated Financial Analyst. This individual will be responsible for tracking our financial performance, analyzing market conditions, and providing valuable insights to drive strategic decisions.

Financial Analyst Responsibilities:
- Works with various departments to gather, analyze, and prepare reports
- Prepares weekly, monthly, and yearly financial and cashflow analysis reports and projections
- Present reports to executive leadership
- Analyzes and prepares post-form reports on marketing promotions and events for profitability
- Evaluate player reinvestment, which include comps and free play
- Reviews labor statistics in relation to business levels and trends
- Works with department managers and Human Resources to create annual operating and capital expenditure budgets
Financial Analyst Qualifications:
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a financial analyst role in the casino/hospitality industry
- Associate or bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field of study
- Working knowledge of Tableau or Power BI
- Experience using Casino Management System (CMS) and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
- Experience in Indian Gaming
- Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
