Production Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Oversee the Safety and Productivity of the production team.
• Coaching and Developing
• Quality Product and Process Audits
• Implement and Maintain Lean Manufacturing Principles

Production Supervisor Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or 2 years related experience.
• 2+ years Production supervisor experience required.
• Window and Door manufacturing experience preferred.

Production Supervisor Benefits:

• $25 – $35 per hour
• Monday – Thursday workweek
