We are looking for a true HUNTER of a Sales Manager to add to our Sales team! Candidates must have experience with Select Service and Full Service hotels, have a history of forging lasting client relationships, and an energetic, ambitious persona! We are looking for an outgoing, gregarious, magnetic, and personable sales leader!

Hotel Sales Manager Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in hotel sales with multiple properties
  • 1+ year in hotel sales with a full-service property
  • Experience selling select, extended stay, and full-service properties
  • Proven history of creating lasting relationships with clients
  • Proven history of building a client portfolio with a hunter's mentality

Hotel Sales Manager Responsibilities:

  • Field all inbound leads promptly
  • Actively search and secure new business and clients
  • Negotiate room rates with groups to give clients fair value and maximize revenue
  • Work with sales team on business development
  • Other duties as assigned
