We are seeking a Director of Banquets and Events for a premier waterfront restaurant who is passionate about driving sales growth and delivering premier service to our guests. Director of Banquets and Events Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years experience as an Event Manager and Banquet management
- Experience managing Event and Banquet sales of 1 million in revenue per year or higher
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand cost containment in event planning
- Strong outgoing leader who creates an atmosphere where people feel valued
- A servant leader that works with his team and drives performance
- The ability to work within a structured environment and think independently
- Manage with a strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Build and develop strong professional relationships with the team and in the community
