We are looking for our next culinary leader in our Luxury property! We are seeking a leader who brings a refined culinary style and has experience with fine dining, casual dining, banquets, and catering. 

This position is in a remote area of New Mexico and will require relocation.

Luxury Hotel Executive Chef Qualifications:

  • 3+ years as an Executive Chef for a Fine Dining restaurant or hotel with fine dining outlets
  • 1+ year experience in Hotels or resorts
  • 1+ year of experience with banquets and catering
  • True Servant leader mentality, working arm in arm with your team, and leading by example
  • Proven success with managing culinary financials including food cost and labor cost
  • Holds high expectations for food safety, quality, and kitchen cleanliness
  • Be a marketable and camera-ready culinary leader

Luxury Hotel Executive Chef Responsibilities:

  • Work in collaboration with the leadership team on menu concept, recipe design, and culinary offerings
  • Create menus, recipes, and dishes that are appealing, executable, and financially viable
  • Lead a team of culinary professionals through hands-on leadership, mentorship, and development
  • Participate in promotional and marketing events
  • Manage culinary financials including COGs and labor expense
