Restaurant General Manager Compensation and Benefits:

• Top notch Pay-starting base between $95k and $102k+ BONUS

Restaurant General Manager Requirements:

• clean cut and professional presentation
• 3 years high volume experience in a General Manager position in fast casual or full service setting
• ability to flow through front and back of house as a hands-on leader, involved in every aspect of operations
• Experience managing a large team
• Scratch kitchen experience, and a passion for delivering quality
• Experience managing cost controls and working with a P&L

Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities (summary)

• Responsible for all day to day operations
• Execution of all restaurant admin; scheduling, ordering, inventory, etc.
• Managing team to brand standards
• Management and development of management team and hourly employees
• Manage cost controls
• Ensure excellence in products, service, and setting
