Restaurant General Manager Compensation and Benefits:
- Top notch Pay-starting base between $95k and $102k+ BONUS

Restaurant General Manager Requirements:
- clean cut and professional presentation
- 3 years high volume experience in a General Manager position in fast casual or full service setting
- ability to flow through front and back of house as a hands-on leader, involved in every aspect of operations
- Experience managing a large team
- Scratch kitchen experience, and a passion for delivering quality
- Experience managing cost controls and working with a P&L
Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities (summary)
- Responsible for all day to day operations
- Execution of all restaurant admin; scheduling, ordering, inventory, etc.
- Managing team to brand standards
- Management and development of management team and hourly employees
- Manage cost controls
- Ensure excellence in products, service, and setting
