What You'll Do:

• Oversee all aspects of catering operations, from planning to execution
• Develop and implement innovative catering concepts and menus
• Manage and mentor a team of dedicated catering professionals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards
• Optimize operational efficiency and profitability

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in higher education catering at a director level or similar role
• Strong understanding of client relationship management
• ServSafe Certification
• Kronos knowledge (preferred)
• Experience in upscale catering, banquets, and campus operations
• Proficiency in vendor purchasing and inventory management
