We seek an experienced Mandarin, Russian or Arabic speaking Retail Sales Advisor with a focus on superior customer service, increasing conversion, and inspiring brand loyalty. The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, outgoing, and proactive in engaging clients. We are looking to urgently hire top candidates.

Sales Advisor Responsibilities:

  • Capture customer information and follow up via phone and written communication.
  • Manage client relationships and inquiries, including product care and shopping experience.
  • Achieve/exceed personal sales and productivity goals.
  • Demonstrate product knowledge to maximize sales.
  • Collaborate with the team and leverage internal systems for business analysis.
  • Support visual merchandising, housekeeping, and POS operations.

Sales Advisor Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or luxury retail, no frequent job changes less than 1 year at company
  • Bilingual required (Mandarin, Russian or Arabic)
  • Passion for the luxury sector with strong product knowledge.
  • Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
  • Impeccable presentation, problem-solving skills, and flexibility.
  • Physical ability to lift 20+ pounds and stand for long periods.
