A national Hotel Management Group seeks an experienced Hotel General Manager with Luxury Marriott (preferred) and/or Luxury Boutique Independent Lifestyle Hotel experience to lead its Team in executing the highest level of Guest Service. The ideal candidate will possess a strong tenure at full-service properties with heavy food & beverage sales. We are looking for a Hotel Ambassador and Team Builder to establish a level of service beyond Guest expectations. Hotel General Manager Benefits:

• Salary – $140,000 to $155,000
• Aggressive Attainable Bonus of up to 40% of Base Salary
• Health, Dental, & Vision
• PTO

Hotel General Manager Responsibilities:

• Train, Lead, Mentor, and develop team members to consistently provide a memorable Guest experience
• Oversee and manage overall operations of the Hotel, including but not limited to, Front Office, Sales, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and Engineering
• Identify property needs and execute a plan to address those needs
• Prepare operational budgets facilitating financial planning and expense control
• Forecast revenue based on market segments and execute a plan to exceed revenue goals
• Serve as the Brand Ambassador in the Community 

Hotel General Manager Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of full-service Luxury/Lifestyle General Manager experience
• At least 3 years of Food & Beverage experience
• Ability to think critically to develop strategies for success
• Thrive in an ever-changing & fast-paced environment
• Proven track record in delivering financial results
• Need to be able to analyze a P&L to ensure cost controls
• Ability to analyze Guest Service reports and recognize market trends
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication
• Proven track record of positive associate satisfaction scores
