We are seeking a Creative Multimedia Manager to lead the visual storytelling of our brand. This role combines graphic design, photo/video production, and team leadership to deliver compelling digital and physical marketing assets that align with our brand identity.
Creative Multimedia Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative assets across media, including digital ads, packaging, signage, and web
- Manage the Brand Style Guide, ensuring consistent application across all platforms
- Oversee photo and video shoots, content creation, and motion graphics
- Lead and mentor design team members, managing priorities and deadlines
- Collaborate with ecommerce and marketing teams to optimize customer experience
- Support social media efforts with engaging visual content
- Travel to various locations for brand initiatives as needed
Creative Multimedia Manager Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Graphic Design (Fine Arts preferred) and 8+ years of experience in design leadership
- Expertise in graphic design, video editing, and multimedia production
- Strong organizational and communication skills with a passion for culinary arts
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
