Overview:
Join us as a Senior Social Media Marketing Specialist and drive our social and digital presence to new heights. In this dynamic role, you’ll collaborate with the Marketing Manager, internal teams, leadership, and external partners to craft engaging, platform-specific content that enhances brand awareness, fosters audience engagement, and drives sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) and create impactful content tailored to each channel
- Develop and implement social media campaigns to boost engagement and grow our audience
- Partner with and oversee relationships with social media agencies, influencers, and brand collaborators
- Create and manage visual, written, and video content while refining the brand’s social aesthetic
- Plan and execute photo and video shoots to support social and marketing efforts
- Lead social media strategy for events, community management, and real-time engagement
- Analyze performance metrics and report on the effectiveness of social media initiatives
- Align social media strategies with broader marketing campaigns to drive store traffic, e-commerce sales, and brand awareness
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Social Media Marketing
- 5–7 years of social media experience (food industry experience is a plus)
- Proven expertise with platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube
- Exceptional social video editing and content creation skills
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with marketing tools, analytics, and social media strategies
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, and travel to various locations as needed
