We are a growing outsourced Accounting Firm, located in the Washington, DC area. We serve our loyal clients around the country. We are looking for an experienced Non-Profit Fractional CFO to join our growing team! This a full time, long term career move!

We have a history of growth with an excellent work/life balance. Our average tenure is 8-10 years. We pride ourselves on servicing small businesses and non-profits all over the country. Growing and ready to hire!

We are looking for a talented, experienced Non Profit CFO to join the team. You will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing complex accounting and finance projects for our clients. You'll be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our team while giving exceptional client service!

 

Non Profit Fractional CFO Benefits:

Non Profit Fractional CFO Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Experience at a CPA firm or in public accounting
  • Experience managing multiple clients
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks or other accounting software
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Non Profit Fractional CFO Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all finance processes, including internal controls, accounting, journal entries, reconciliations, payroll, and other regularly recurring financial operations for multiple non-profit clients.
  • Submit and analyze monthly financial reports for your portfolio of clients.
  • Build client relationships and share insights through timely communication.
  • Prepare all tax returns and estimates.
