We are looking for someone humble, hungry, and smart to lead this established restaurant. The Assistant Manager will hire, train and develop staff members, and ensure all staff members understand and display our values, beliefs, and lifestyle. This person must be a creative team player who enjoys hard work and shows a true commitment to their career. A solid passion for craft beer is a plus but not a deal breaker. Great position and quality of life because of the support offered by the ownership.

‪Restaurant Assistant Manager Qualifications:

  • ‪Minimum of 2 plus years in a full-service manager role
  • ‪Ability to lead, motivate and empower employees
  • ‪Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Ability to set goals, create plans, and take the correct action
