Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:

- Manage, lead, support, and develop your team
- Basic administrative duties
- Control labor and other operating costs
Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of restaurant leadership experience
- Hospitality mindset and passion for creating amazing guest experiences
- Background in upscale-casual, full-service service operations
- Team mindset
