We are seeking an Executive Director for our charter school (K-8). If you have a deep passion to help prepare the next generation of changemakers, apply today!

Executive Director Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with a preference for Master's degree in a related field
  • At least five years of experience within an educational institution, nonprofit organization or a for-profit corporation
  • Able to obtain an Oregon Administrative Certificate within two months of hire
  • Exceptional communication and strategic planning skills, goal-oriented, thoughtful and approachable
  • Strong knowledge of curriculum development, instructional strategies, and educational best practices preferred

Executive Director Duties:

  • Provide a positive work environment for staff
  • Build strong partnerships with the school community, volunteers, parents, students, board members, and contract workers
  • Responsible for strong financial management and planning, school safety and operations
  • Help create and implement the Board's vision
  • Ensure compliance with state education mandates, teacher certifications, charter contracts, and all sate workplace regulations

Executive Director Compensation:

  • Competitive salary ($100K-$120K)
