Director of Operations, New Initiatives Benefits:
- $401K plan with company match
- Performance bonus of $10-30K from the first year
- East Coast hours with no travel

Director of Operations, New Initiatives Responsibilities:
- Initiate various growth projects, including a test prep/tutoring segment and a career counseling segment.
- Structure the workflow for new segments and recruit staff for these new departments.
- Oversee the management and supervision of new staff within these departments.
- Guide the development of educational and instructional materials for both students and staff.
- Create website content to clearly communicate these new offerings to customers.
- Perform research to discover new markets and understand customer needs.
Director of Operations, New Initiatives Qualifications:
- 3+ years working experience as a business development or Partner manager in the education space
- Market knowledge of college admissions and test preparation/tutoring space is mandatory
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport
- Time management and planning skills
