We are a dynamic Casino group seeking a dedicated Financial Analyst. This individual will be responsible for tracking our financial performance, analyzing market conditions, and providing valuable insights to drive strategic decisions.

Financial Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Works with various departments to gather, analyze, and prepare reports
  • Prepares weekly, monthly, and yearly financial and cashflow analysis reports and projections
  • Present reports to executive leadership
  • Analyzes and prepares post-forma reports on marketing promotions and events for profitability
  • Evaluate player reinvestments, which include comps and free play
  • Reviews labor statistics in relation to business levels and trends
  • Works with department managers and Human Resources to create annual operating and capital expenditure budgets

Financial Analyst Qualifications:

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a financial analyst role in the casino/hospitality industry
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field of study
  • Working knowledge of Tableau or Power BI
  • Experience using Casino Management System (CMS) and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Experience in Indian Gaming
  • Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
