We're on the lookout for a dynamic and seasoned Eyewear Assistant Store Manager to take the reins of our retail store in the heart of New York City. As the driving force behind the day-to-day operations, the Eyewear Assistant Store Manager will play a pivotal role in steering our new stores to new heights of success. From overseeing sales and customer service to managing inventory and leading a dedicated team, the successful candidate will be instrumental in upholding the esteemed standards of our eyewear brand.

Eyewear Assistant Store Manager Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of optical and clinical experience.
  • Leadership excellence in high-performing teams.
  • Develop, execute, and continuously improve operational activities
  • Proficient in sales analysis and inventory management.
  • Exceptional customer service and detail-oriented.

Eyewear Assistant Store Manager Responsibilities:

  • Assist Store Manager in leading the sales team, driving revenue, and ensuring outstanding customer experiences.
  • Manage inventory, uphold visual standards, and oversee daily operations.
  • Ensure efficient stock processes, monitor expenses, and collaborate for financial success.
