Production Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Lead the Team: Oversee materials management with top-notch scheduling, training, and performance
- Keep Inventory in Check: Maintain inventory levels using effective systems (ISO 9000 knowledge a plus)
- Drive Improvement: Champion Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) and Quality Assurance (QA) initiatives
- Collaborate: Work closely with purchasing, production, and quality control departments
