Looking for a concept where you can learn and grow? You must have high volume ($6,000,000 and up), scratch cooking BOH management experience in polished and/or fine dining. Some corporate experience is strongly preferred, but not required.

Sous Chef Rewards:

• A starting salary of $58,000 to $65,000 depending on experience

• Performance-based bonuses

Sous Chef Requirements:

• Three or more years of high-volume polished and/or fine-dining BOH management experience is required

• You must be a hands-on leader with a solid background in an upscale, scratch kitchen

• Understand corporate systems

• Ability to manage a high-volume kitchen
