Restaurant General Manager Requirements:

5+ years in a fine dining steakhouse setting, at least two years in a General Manager role
Strong wine background, Sommelier preferred
Dedication to quality steps of service and a strong history of fine dining or luxury concept service
Accomplished financial mastery, savvy with building sales and controlling costs with compromising quality
Ability to coach and mentor a team to achieve high standards and retain the best talent
