A luxury resort in the British Virgin Islands is seeking an experienced Real Estate Sales Manager. They want someone with Island experience and a proven track record of success in the luxury resort segment. The ideal candidate will have experience with Land sales and working in resorts. Candidates must relocate to the British Virgin Islands.

Real Estate Manager Compensation and Benefits:

Real Estate Manager Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and host prospective villa owners, pro-actively utilizing guest research, pre-arrival information and on-island guests to generate purchase interest and communicate activity to the Real Estate Director in a timely manner
  • Build awareness of real estate on island through open houses and other events (such as weekly cocktails)
  • Develop and maintain up to date sales collateral and web site with the marketing department
  • Host daily office hours and co-ordinate private appointments to convert leads into owners

Real Estate Manager Requirements:

  • Candidates must be willing to relocate to the British Virgin Islands full-time.
  • Experience working in a Caribbean luxury/boutique hotel preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Sales Management, preferably within the Real Estate or Branded Residences Sector
  • Immaculate presentation
  • Happy to roll your sleeves up and ‘get things done’ as and when necessary
  • Experience with Sales Force or similar CRM system preferable but not mandatory
