We are looking for a strong leader to manage our hotel operations. Ideal candidates will come with experience in both select service and full-service properties, will have knowledge and experience with major brands, and will have at least 5 years of experience in a high-level, executive operations position. Candidates should be ambitious, hard-working, hungry, and collaborative with the executive team.

Vice President of Hotel Operations Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience as a VP or Executive Level of Hotel Operations
  • Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or related field
  • Hotel Certifications highly preferred
  • Experience with full service and select service properties
  • Experience with at least 2 of: Hilton, Marriott, Choice, IHG
  • Collaborative personality and approach to leadership

Vice President of Hotel Operations Responsibilities:

  • Lead the company operations teams with integrity and consistency
  • Manage and motivate property GMs with regular and clear communication
  • Challenge GMs with ambitious goals and clear KPIs
  • Elevate GSS scores and QA scores to high company standards
  • Collaborate with the Executive team on vision for the company
  • Other duties as assigned
