Restaurant & Bar Manager Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience as a Restaurant & Bar Manager or similar management position
- Great personality with high energy and positive attitude – we are BUSY!
- Strong knowledge of craft beer, cocktails, and spirits
- Proven experience with scheduling, inventory management, cost control, and budgeting
- Night and weekend availability – flexible schedule
- Passion for training and developing team members to create great guest experiences
