A luxury resort in the British Virgin Islands is seeking an experienced Reservations & Leisure Sales Manager. They want someone with Island experience and a proven track record of success in the luxury resort segment. Candidates must relocate to the British Virgin Islands.

Reservations & Leisure Sales Manager Compensation and Benefits:

Reservations & Leisure Sales Manager Responsibilities:

  • Must proactively drive nee bookings for villas and suites with new and existing guests.
  • Must maintain regular reporting and contribute to the selling strategy.
  • Track all booking details in Opera and follow up on unresponsive leads.
  • Reach out to past guests to encourage return visits, as well as manage in-house reservation opportunities.

Reservation & Leisure Sales Manager Requirements:

  • Candidates must be willing to relocate to the British Virgin Islands full-time.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ management experience in leisure sales or reservations, preferably within a luxury property.
  • Proficiency in Opera and Microsoft Office Suite, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, a service-minded approach, and a “can-do” attitude.
