What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: You’ve got 2-4 years in a management role in fast-casual or casual dining and know how to lead with energy and drive.
• A Love for Hospitality: You’re all about creating meaningful connections with guests and your team.
• Hands-On Leadership: You love the fast-paced world of restaurants and are ready to dive in alongside your team!
• Accountability: You take ownership and lead with integrity, always putting the guest and the team first.
