This position is located in Columbia, MO! We need a highly motivated and driven leader to drive our Sales team to new heights! You should love to sell, exceed client expectations, and motivate others!

  • Prior experience as Director of Sales in a full-service hotel
  • Must love to motivate a team, market the hotel, build client relationships, and hold the team accountable
  • Must be goal-driven and have the desire to promote brand recognition
  • Proven sales record in a hotel setting
