Seeking a VISIONARY STRATEGIST to work with Sales and Operations to maximize our footprint in the senior living market. Reports to CEO and can be remote.

Chief Marketing Officer Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales and Operations to build/manage Marketing Division for 20+ SL org in multiple states
  • Develop and manage innovative digital, traditional brand advertisement campaigns
  • Partner with 3rd party vendors & manage relationships to fulfill all marketing needs of the company
  • Develop and Manage Marketing business plans and budgets for both corporate and field operations

Chief Marketing Officer Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of executive-level senior living leadership in marketing/sales/brand advertising
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and scale programs for multi-state 20+ community SL portfolio
  • Visionary with Strategic Growth mindset and demonstrated excellence in driving growth in SL
  • Tech-savvy innovator with demonstrated mastery of digital marketing tools and state-of-the-art concepts
