Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong, respectful team dynamics while ensuring accountability
  • Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring high standards are consistently met
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment that meets health regulations
  • Efficiently manage operations in a fast-paced environment, including portion control, prep schedules, and waste management
  • Inspire and guide your kitchen staff, setting clear expectations and achieving consistent success

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong leadership abilities with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach
  • Track record of exceeding expectations and cultivating a team-centered atmosphere
  • Solid experience in inventory control and ordering
  • Strict adherence to food safety and sanitation protocols is required
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Kitchen Manager in a high-volume, full-service restaurant (from casual to upscale dining), with a proven record of stability in past roles
