Catering Manager of Sales and Business Development Perks

Catering Manager of Sales and Business Development Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in catering, hospitality, contract food service, and/or event sales
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and driving business growth
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse clients
Catering Manager of Sales and Business Development Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and business development strategies to drive revenue growth
- Identify new business opportunities including corporate partnerships, business campuses, event collaborations, and private clients
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and potential areas for growth
- Prepare and deliver proposals and contracts to secure new business
- Collaborate with operations and culinary teams to ensure client satisfaction
