Quality Assurance Technician Requirements and Responsibilities:
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Food Science or related scientific discipline required; minimum 1 year of QA experience in a food manufacturing environment.
- Quality Control: Sample, test, and record product results to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Equipment Management: Perform equipment checks, calibration, and troubleshooting for optimal performance.
- Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and food safety regulations; perform internal audits.
- Flexibility and Problem-Solving: Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime in a fast-paced production environment; strong logical thinking and eagerness to learn.
