We are a large national food retail chain, adding a Construction Project Manager to our team to facilitate the growth of new locations.

Construction Project Manager Responsibilities:

  • Develops plans, budgets, and timelines for goal completion
  • Coordinates with internal team as well as contractors and subcontractors on project needs
  • Ensures compliance with all legal needs and safety regulations
  • Produces financial reports for stakeholders, work within budgets
  • Processes change orders, negotiates with vendors
  • Coordinates with architects, engineers, designers, and accounting members

Construction Project Manager Qualifications:

  • Proven success as a Project Manager with minimum of 5 years of experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field
  • PMP or CPC certifications
  • Knowledge of software programs Procore, Bluefin, and CAD
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to travel to sites as needed
  • Able to work weekends if needed
