We are seeking a Corporate Chef for a new Mediterranean fast-casual restaurant concept.

Corporate Chef Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years as a senior culinary leader
  • Experience with new restaurant openings
  • Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
  • Excellent knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and kitchen equipment.
  • Creative culinary skills, with a passion for Mediterranean cuisine and healthy food trends.
  • Solid understanding of budgeting, inventory management, and cost control.

Corporate Chef Responsibilities:

  • Menu development and innovation – Maintain a balance between creativity, profitability, and nutritional value in menu offerings.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culinary team.
  • Oversee adherence to all health and safety regulations, including compliance with local and national food safety guidelines (e.g., proper food handling, sanitation, and kitchen cleanliness).
  • Work with senior leadership to set and achieve budgeted financial goals.
  • Manage food cost, labor cost, and overheads to optimize profitability without compromising quality.
