We are seeking a seasoned Director of Food and Beverage to join our prestigious luxury boutique hotel in San Antonio, TX. If you’re a hospitality professional with a passion for excellence and a proven track record in luxury environments, we’d love to hear from you!

Qualifications for the Director of Food and Beverage:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within a luxury property.
  • Education: College degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • Skills:
    • Precision, efficiency, and accuracy in executing tasks.
    • Exceptional organizational and follow-up skills.
    • Calm, sound decision-making under pressure.
    • Strong guest service orientation and problem-solving capabilities.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively while working independently as needed.
    • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Responsibilities of the Director of Food and Beverage:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans for F&B operations, aligning with the hotel’s overall vision.
  • Guest Experience: Deliver exceptional service, analyze guest satisfaction data, and implement improvements to exceed expectations.
  • Team Management:
    • Set and uphold service standards.
    • Lead, motivate, and develop the F&B team through coaching, counseling, and performance management.
    • Oversee staff selection, goal-setting, scheduling, and shift management.
  • Operational Excellence: Actively participate in daily service operations to ensure flawless execution.
