Role Overview:

In this role, you’ll work closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, consistently delivering outstanding guest experiences. You’ll play a key part in overseeing front-of-house activities, maintaining high standards of service, and developing a cohesive, high-performing team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest service and efficient workflow.
  • Lead, train, and support staff members to achieve their full potential and deliver quality service.
  • Supervise front-of-house activities, addressing guest needs, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Support scheduling, inventory management, and supply ordering to optimize restaurant performance.
  • Maintain strict adherence to cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth coordination and service consistency.
  • Handle guest concerns and resolve issues to guarantee a positive dining experience.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or team lead role in hospitality is highly desirable.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a focus on coaching and mentoring staff.
  • Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and dedication to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
