We are a growing Fast-Casual concept with over 100 locations nationwide and 300 in development in search of a Vice President of Operations. We are looking for candidates who value people and are able to train, coach, and develop our team. Looking for candidates who have at least 3 years in a VP role and have strong tenures and career progression. Franchise experience is desired. You must have strong financial acumen, extensive new store opening experience, a servant leader management style as well as be HANDS-ON! Must be based in NYC or Long Island and be ok with travel throughout the US. Current VP candidates only, please!
Vice President of Restaurant Operations Responsibilities:
- Ensure all assigned locations are in compliance with all brand standards, policies, and procedures
- Meet or exceed company expectations for guest satisfaction results
- Ensure each location effectively manages food and labor costs as well as other controllable expenses
- Drive sales at each business unit and exceed budgets
- Demonstrate all leadership capabilities and develop the next generation of restaurant professionals
Vice President of Restaurant Operations Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of all financials and able to coach and mentor leaders on your team
- Able to hold the team accountable with confidence and integrity
- Effective in managing from a distance
- Able to build genuine relationships with team members at every level
