  • 5+ years of General Manager experience in a high-volume concept with quality, scratch-made food & full bar offerings
  • Proven leadership & people management skills
  • Track record of success in financial performance
  • Tech savvy – proficient in modern POS systems & restaurant management software
  • Passion for providing exceptional guest experiences
  • A high degree of integrity & professionalism
