- Oversee a high-performing kitchen generating $6M+ in annual revenue
- Lead, inspire, and mentor a dynamic culinary team to uphold exceptional standards
- Analyze P&L statements and drive success through actionable insights
- Collaborate on crafting unforgettable dishes in a scratch-made kitchen
- Showcase your expertise with steak and seafood (a plus, but not required!)
