Restaurant Assistant General Manager Qualifications:
- The desire to assist by working shoulder-to-shoulder with the team
- 2 years or more of restaurant experience in a fast-casual, or full-service restaurant
- Superior guest service skills
- New Restaurant Opening experience is a huge plus!
- A clear leadership style
- Training and development of team members
