Our company is growing at a rapid pace and we are all excited! Our expansion requires us to add a Director of Real Estate to our leadership team. We are a restaurant brand, seeking someone with relevant experience in the industry, that has a great attitude and wants to grow with us!

What we require from the Director of Real Estate:
- Flexible availability, including weekends at times
- Ability to travel frequently out of state
- Ability to work remotely
- Experience with Real Estate site evaluation and negotiation for restaurant spaces
- Marketing analysis, cost analysis, budgeting experience
- Permitting and zoning experience
- Able to multitask, sourcing multiple sites simultaneously, strategic in planning
- Accomplishes projects on time and to budget
