Assistant General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Ensure every guest receives only the best food and service in a polished and sparkling clean atmosphere
  • Keep a consistent focus on training and growth and a relentless passion for quality
  • Lead daily shift meetings to ensure the whole team understands the vision and direction for the day
  • Be passionate to deliver beyond what is expected

Assistant General Manager Qualifications:

  • Have the ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment — always hands-on
  • 2-4 years experience in a Manager role in fast-casual or casual dining
  • A passion for loving the guest and is hospitality-focused
  • A dedication to Ownership, Accountability, and Commitment
