Grocery Store Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire operation
- Supervise, guide, coach, and mentor a team
- Build genuine guest connections and develop strong business relationships
- Focus on community engagement
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and maintain strong communication skills
Grocery Store Manager Qualifications:
- Positive leadership with a people-first mentality
- 5+ years of warehouse management experience
- Expertise in P&L, inventory control, hiring/training staff, merchandising, cash control, payroll, and security/loss prevention
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
Grocery Store Manager Benefits:
- Salary: $80-90k
- Bonus eligibility: Up to $40k annually
- Healthcare, vision, and dental coverage starting after 90 days
