Responsibilities:
- Lead the team to ensure quality and recipe standards
- Create catering menus and manage daily operations
- Monitor food quality, budgets, and inventory
- Conduct team meetings and performance reviews
Requirements:
- Associate’s Degree or higher in food service (preferred)
- 3+ years of high-volume food service experience, ideally in catering
- Strong communication, organizational, and food safety knowledge
- Ability to work 50 hours/week with flexible shifts
